We're hiring a CNC Set-up Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll:
- Create and modify CNC programs independently and set up machines.
- Operate a range of machines and equipment, including CNC-controlled lathes and mills.
- Process routing operations following established standards.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Offer reliable solutions to complex problems and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives and maintain a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate compliance with safety policies and guidelines, including keeping your work area clean and organized.
