Position Summary

Mill Creek Machining (MCM), a CMT company, is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician for our Paullina, IA location. The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for planning and managing the maintenance process to reduce mechanical downtime ensuring production is operating at maximum efficiency. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads and directs maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Works directly with equipment manufacturers on troubleshooting machine issues to reduce downtime.
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
• Develops, implements, and manages the day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation (UNI-Point) with efficient and High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, Etc.).

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 2+ years' experience working in a maintenance role is required.
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
