We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC Machines, CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and operating CNC machines. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts to specification
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or equivalent
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with CNC set up and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
