Anchor Home Health Care has several opportunities available for CNA's and/or HHA's. Positions available include visit care and private duty care. There are Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available to work around YOUR schedule!

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Home Health Aide is responsible for (1) providing various patient related services to meet the personal care needs and to promote comfort and independence to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes; and (2) recording clinical and progress notes on Anchor's EHR system. He/she works under the direct supervision of the designated supervisor and receives clinical direction from the designated Registered Nurse.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of state-approved Home Health Aide training program and/or successful passing of a written and field competency evaluation program which meets state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to relate to and care for acutely ill/chronically ill patients/families and their particular problems.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff, and interact professionally as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.
