Your pay is based on your experience and certifications. Differential pay rates for nights and weekend schedules.

Summary of Duties:

Following the care plan established by a Registered Nurse, provides clients with assistance in activities of daily living, up to and including personal care, home making tasks and helping in transportation needs (store, Dr. appointments, etc.). These services may be provided in the client's home, an assisted living facility, a skilled nursing facility or hospital. Every client is different and has different needs and we are looking to provide our clients with the BEST QUALITY of care.

You must be able to read, write and speak English. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance. You’ll have to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, too.
