Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Salary: $19.00 - $21.75 per hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to patients
- Follow and contribute to care plans
- Attend to individual patient needs and activities of daily living
- Maintain comfort, privacy and dignity
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Observe patients for changes in condition and report to the nurse.
- Promptly respond to patient needs.
- Lift, move, and transport patients.
- Use supplies effectively
- Accurately document care provided.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
