A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Clinical Resource Nurse for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will perform the duties and responsibilities of a Charge Nurse within the department, ensuring a patient/family-focused environment, and holding all clinical staff accountable to a high standard of quality patient care. You will engage in caring relationships, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Act as a front-line member of the management team.
- Support clinical staff in delivering quality patient care.
- Coach clinical staff to utilize critical thinking skills.
- Implement and evaluate systems that promote cost-effective and quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 3+ years of acute care clinical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Hours; 7p-7a
- Pay; $35-59/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
