Description/Job Summary
This position qualifies for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of successful employment.
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to staff and participants. Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of programmatic systems. Works with Program Director to develop new strategies to ensure needs and best practices are incorporated into the program design.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Provide supervision of clinical staff, including review and approval of EHR documentation
- Collaborate with Program Director to implement and maintain program policies and procedures, as well as continuous quality improvement measures
- Coordinate evaluation and psychoeducational services and maintain effective communication with community partners and referral sources
- Serve as a backup for clinical roles
- Serve as interim director in absence of the Program Director
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years experience working in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment, and minimum 2 years experience providing supervision or managementRequired Education
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldRequired Qualifications
- License (LPC, LCSW) preferred; must be working towards licensure if not already licensed
- ASAM certification preferred
