We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The Clinic Manager will provide leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. The clinic team is a great team that works hard to support each other, and we are seeking a phenomenal addition who feels employee leadership, patient care and client satisfaction is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:

Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the clinical and administrative day-to-day functions of the clinic and its programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
Review the practice s policies and procedures to make recommendations for continued compliance/current regulations and interpret policies/procedures to clients, employees and other division leadership when needed.
Address issues raised by employees, practitioners, clients and patients and if needed, seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve.
Work with Business Development team to market the clinic in the occupational community and maintain a good client engagement program to identify strategy for growth and execute plans to achieve growth goals.
Work with the finance team to develop the practice budget including full profit and loss responsibility of the clinic, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is required
  • 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is required
  • 2+ years of client service/support and engagement
  • Experience working with Business Development to market client services
  • Experience managing clinic or administrative staff
  • Proven track record in growing clinic revenues and volumes
  • Clinic marketing expertise with a variety of tactics to grow and develop business
  • Some travel may be required (very minimal)

Licensures/Certification:

Ideal candidate would also be a Radiological Technologist.
