Overview:
Job Title: Clinic Director

Job Location: Cockeysville, MD 21030

The Clinic Director is responsible for leading the clinic through ATIs mission, vision and values to develop a high performing team which consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes. In this role, you will have a direct reporting relationship to ATIs District Director. This is a management role where you will be responsible for day to day operations of the clinic, supervision of clinic staff as well as patient treatment. The Clinic Director role may span management of between approximately 1-3 clinics.
Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities: Conducting recruitment, hiring, training and review of clinic staff. Utilizing clinical performance management tools to supervise and manage clinical staffing and evaluate patient case load volumes to optimize the clinic's operation. Managing work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability. Maintaining record management systems to monitor daily patient visits, cancellations, and work conditioning program visits. Monitoring clinic's financial resources, including billing in accordance with company policy, state practice act, and federal regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid. Coordinating with marketing staff to enhance public relations and secure relationships with local referral sources. Performing Physical Therapy evaluation, treatment, and Manual Therapy treatment of adult and pediatric patient population. Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team.
Qualifications:
Position Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or foreign equivalent degree. If degree obtained prior to 2015, Bachelor or Master of Physical Therapy (BPT or MPT) degree acceptable and 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist or related occupation.

Required Certification: Physical Therapist License in the state of employment or be eligible to obtain Physical Therapist License prior to employment.
