Wanting to get started in the veterinary industry? Do you possess compassion for both pets and their people? Our western Shawnee clinic is seeking reliable candidates that are detail oriented and show initiative and eagerness to learn and perform duties correctly and efficiently. This position is for two or three full day shifts 7:45-6:00pm plus one to two Saturdays per month 7:45am-1:00pm. We do currently have a specific need for Tuesday and Thursday help. This may be ideal for a college student. This position starts as entry level and consists primarily of cleaning all areas of the clinic, including cleaning exam rooms, bathrooms and kennels, laundry, vacuuming, stocking retail items, and other hospital care. Based on performance, duties may eventually progress to assisting the technicians with restraint, lab tests, nail trims, and xrays.

Must be detail-oriented, reliable for shifts, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Resumes will be accepted by email only.

All staff members are required to wear a mask while in exam rooms with clients. Masks are optional during all other times.
