Overview:
The Client Solution Specialist interacts directly with customers to drive client satisfaction and helps deliver all contractually required services. Under the direction of the Account Manager, you will explain and demonstrate use for product lines, answer questions, generate reports, and provide data analysis to clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Produces and manages documents related to client projects, calls, meetings, product specifications, special initiatives and follow up.
  • Interacts directly with customers to drive client satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Under the direction of the Account Manager, work collaboratively with Project Management, Development and Engineering to deliver all contractually required services.
  • Investigates and responds to questions for assigned product lines.
  • Explains and demonstrates use for all product lines to clients.
  • Generates, interprets and presents reports.
  • Provides data analysis on client-specific data and general healthcare data.
  • Supports invoicing efforts to maintain careful record of assigned client contracts.
  • Monitors product usage and pro-actively distributes to other Cotiviti staff.
  • Identifies unmet business needs and/or requirements and works collaboratively with Account Manager to investigate growth opportunities.
  • Coordinates with sales, operations management and data management staff on implementation and maintenance of assigned accounts.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
  • B.S., B.A, or advanced degree in business or healthcare related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years working in customer relations, sales or Client Services required. 1+ years working in health care industry with Brokers and Consultants, Employers, Health Plans, Physicians groups, and Third-Party Administrators preferred
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required.
  • Excellent oral and written skills are required.
  • Excellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required. Understands that the clients’ best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group setting. Must be able to perform daily functions with little supervision.
  • Strong technical skills, with proven track-record of working with robust software platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% required.
