Cayuga Pet Hospital is searching for a motivated, detail-oriented, customer-driven, compassionate individual to fill our full-time Client Service Specialist position.

We are a busy, family-owned and operated small animal and exotics practice focused on providing our patients and their families with comprehensive and compassionate care. We are a tightly-knit team that cares deeply about our patients and practices a high level of care.

The Client Service Specialist is the face of our hospital, serving as a liaison between our clients and doctors. The position includes many responsibilities and requires a comprehensive understanding of veterinary medicine. Professionalism, customer service experience and basic office skills are required. Experience in veterinary medicine would be helpful.

We are a living wage employer. Full time employment includes benefits such as health care, an IRA, vacation and paid holidays.

Hours will include shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm, some Saturdays and some holidays. This position necessitates flexibility with respect to hours, as we can run late.

Pay: $16.61 - $18.00 per hour
