United Diagnostic Lab, LLC. is looking for a full time Client Services Representative to work in our corporate headquarters located in Ocala, FL. As part of the UDL team, this position reports to the Client Services Manager.

Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri 1p.m. - 10p.m.

Position: Client Services Representative

Department: Client Services

Responsibilities: Required to work with sales department and the lab daily, take phone calls, messages and communicate information between parties. This person will also support the work of the Client Services manager and/or executives on assignments. In addition to marketing tasks, this person will also work on other items in different areas of the lab such as quality assurance, cross training in multiple laboratory systems, etc. Employee must be able to work well under pressure, outgoing, good written and verbal communication, and excellent customer service. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player.

Job Duties:

• Set up new clients in LIS along with web portal access
• Set up new sales representative’s portal access
• Trains all sales personnel on web portal and support ticketing
• Performs web portal trainings for new clients
• Fields calls from sales personnel & answers questions
• Keeps spreadsheets of new accounts
• Keeps forecasted specimen count for all specimen modalities
• Keeps up with distributor tree
• Contacts reps concerning supplies, specimens, account issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs required. One year experience in healthcare related field preferred.'
