- Location: Boca, FL
- Base Salary: $55k to $60k plus benefits
Need to be tech savvy and advance level of Excel is a MUST
Looking for a Financial Services Client Associate responsible for new business applications, services, etc. for life insurance, investments, and 401(k) plans.
The company is an RIA.
Need experience directly working for an advisory team as new business processing and client service. Looking for someone that is an administrative assistant.

- Processes paperwork
- handles client calls
- completes CRM
- sends out money
- completes applications
- understands insurance products, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years in the business.
- Extremely tech-savvy with Excel and other programs
- The client has multiple programs to work on, unlike brokerage companies which have just a few.
- Very detailed and can multitask like a champion.
