Seeking a part time receptionist to work approximately 20 hours per week in my chiropractic office in Smyrna, TN. This will be a permanent part time position without any benefits. This is a perfect job for the college student who is open to flexible working hours.

Your general working hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday morning from 9-12 Noon and 3-7 PM in the afternoon, and on Friday morning from 9-1. Willing to hire a person who can work only mornings and another person to work only afternoons. Pay compensation is $12 an hour.

Job duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, typing letters, confirming insurance benefits, performing accounts receivable, sending out statements, greeting patients, resolving insurance payment issues, as well as managing the front office.

You must be in good health and able to help lift patients up to a sitting position as well as removing them from therapy equipment. You are required to have proficient use of computer software including Excel, Word, Facebook posting, internet search, etc. In addition, you must be willing to have a background check and be drug tested prior to hiring.
