Job Summary: Responsible for providing supervision to one CPP team which is composed of 4 therapists, 1 resource specialist and additional support staff. Responsible for a small caseload; providing intensive home based therapeutic intervention to child(ren) and their care giver in the context of a child welfare program designed to reduce the risk of abuse or neglect and related child welfare involvement.

Essential Functions:

• Provides weekly clinical supervision and administrative supervision to CPP therapists.
• Coordinates and participates in all required training and credentialing activities to gain expertise and insure fidelity to the CPP model.
• Reviews weekly case summaries submitted by therapists and provides written feedback.
• Provides individual supervision focusing on therapist development and utilization of the model.
• Conducts chart reviews of each supervisee to ensure that documentation are in compliance with ACS/OCFS mandates.
• Provides CPP treatment to families
• Continuous assessment of safety and risk of each youth in the home in accordance to ACS policy.
• Utilization of PROMIS (ACS system) for entering client contacts.
• Provides case management support to linkages and referrals to additional support services and plans for termination.
• Complete agency employee evaluation.
• Assist in coordination of special projects and outreach for program development
• Assist in the interviewing process.
• Orients new staff to program policy and procedures.
• Attends case conferences, CPP and ACS trainings, meetings and supervision.
• Covers in the absence of the Director
• Other duties assigned by Director

Qualifications:

• LMSW required, or equivalent in mental health discipline

• Clinical experience strongly preferred; clinical child welfare practice experience is a plus

• Knowledge of ACS preventive services system required; experience with child welfare evidence based models preferred
• Experience with Connections and PROMIS strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive work environment and foster staff development required.
• Bilingual preferred

Salary: 65-72k
