The Role:

The Chief of Staff position requires a hands-on, self-motivated, smart and intelligent individual who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment within a fast-changing organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will anticipate needs and demands of the CEO and should have a natural aptitude for building strong, trusting partnerships across the organization. You should be capable of carrying out multiple projects while effectively prioritizing tasks.

This role is required to be onsite in Lexington, MA 5 days a week.

In the role you will:

• Support the CEO by overseeing the CEO's time and ensuring focus on the most important issues
• Manages special projects
• Organizes material preparation for earnings calls
• Attends board meetings; prepares pre-work, handles follow-up from meetings
• Creates agendas, materials and logistics for recurring cross-functional meetings
• Produces significant KOL content summarization
• Communicate initiatives across departments
• Takes ambiguity and make concrete actions
• Be a critical component in driving change across departments and leading initiatives
• Travel throughout the year to events and conferences with the CEO globally

Qualifications: About You

• 3-5 + years of professional administrative experience; recent university graduates may be considered, if they have relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, with travel required.
• Ability to absorb high volumes of information, use critical thinking to complete requests with limited information, adapt to changing situations, and execute multiple, overlapping assignments in a timely manner. Bring a high attention to detail and an eye toward problem-solving to shifting, time-sensitive projects and interactions.
• Enthusiasm for working cooperatively, helping and supporting others, and learning how to creatively maximize time and delegate tasks to play to team members’ strengths.
