We are looking for talented and motivated people to join our team at our Chastain Square location. This is not your typical fast-food job, here at Chick-fil-A Chastain Square, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. Position Type:
· Part-Time or Full-Time
· Shifts between 5:30am-11:00pm
Requirements:
· Must be 18 or older.
· Available to work 20+ hours a week. Monday-Saturday (We are closed on Sunday).
· No restaurant experience is necessary
· Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
· Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
· Positive attitude
· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Responsibilities:
· Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
· Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say my pleasure
· Willingness to assist the team when needed.
· Taking orders with speed and accuracy
· Checking for product quality and consistency
· Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
· Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Compensation: $10-$15/hour based on experience and availability. You have the potential to earn $15/hour if you are available to work 30+ per week.
