Positions:
These Evening positions are for Part Time Employees looking to work between 20-25 hours per week and between the hours of 4p-10p. Our Front of House team members work in areas that consist of our best in class Drive Thru, Bagging, Front Counter and Award Winning Dining room Staff. Our Back of House Team Members are responsible for all of our hot food production, raw food handling and all machines and dishwashing responsibilities. All individuals, must be ready to contribute to an already highly functional team that is looking to add qualified and anxious hands to our team.

Pay:
This position begins at $14 per hour. We know that one of the first things applicants consider when looking for a job is compensation. We can guarantee that we are one of the highest paying restaurants in the Lynchburg community. We evaluate wages four times per year and team members have the opportunity to grow their take home pay frequently through evaluations.

OUR CANDLERS CROSSING LOCATION CLOSES AT 9PM!!!!!!! For all of our students OUR LOCATION ONLY, closes at 9pm. This is perfect for those of you that are trying to balance work and school. Parents that want your child home at a reasonable hour don't have to worry about your child closing and getting out of the restaurant at midnight each night.

We offer scholarships yearly that can range from $2500 at the local level and team members also have the opportunity to be recognized nationally for a $25000 True Inspiration scholarship from Chick-fil-A. We offer tuition discounts for Liberty University that allows team members to receive a 15% discount to online courses.

Insurance is offered to all employees during open enrollment yearly and team members are eligible with either full or part time hours.

We offer complimentary break food on each shift worked so team members that are working full time hours or longer shifts are able to get delicious Chick-fil-A.

Our scheduling is all created and communicated digitally which allows team members the freedom to create schedules that work for them. You provide your availability, we make the schedule and you come to work. If you have an event that comes up and you are scheduled to work, release your shift and one of your co-workers may be able to cover it for you. If you want to pick up more hours, send out a message to your co-workers and you can pick up their shifts. Its that simple. Need time off, submit a request a week in advance and you will be good to go.
