Our client located in the Greenway Plaza area has immediate openings for goals-driven and hardworking professionals who are ready for the next step in their careers. We are looking for professional Customer Support Liaisons who are eager to resolve client issues. A Customer Support Liaisons will act as a point of contact, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management Team to resolve customer issues
• Proactively process customer issues
• Answer Inbound Phone Calls from Customers and Field Sales Reps
• Support Partner requests to include phone calls and emails
• Ability to run and transfer credit on accounts
• Ability to create and send end of day reports
• Ability to read and write in Spanish

Qualifications:

• Bilingual/Spanish REQUIRED
• Minimum 2yrs+ of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to understand complex concepts
• Ability to complete multiple tasks
• Ability to be cross-trained on multiple processes
• Flexibility to work OT
• Ability to work independently and/or a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
