JOB TITLE: Crew member
DIRECT REPORT: Changeover Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To set up Arena according to event specifications
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND RESULTS EXPECTED:
¨ Adhere to all safety procedures
¨ Responsible for proper retrieval, placement and/or storage of tables, staging, decking, glass, chairs and flooring
¨ Adherence to all Arena policies and procedures.
¨ All other duties as assigned by management.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR OPTIMUM JOB PERFORMANCE:
¨ Must work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays
¨ Able to lift 60 plus pounds on a repetitive basis
¨ Able to work independently as well as in teams
¨ Cooperative attitude
¨ Dependability
¨ Able to respond quickly, calmly and professionally to event-related problems and emergencies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
