Leachman Cattle of Colorado seeks CFO

The role will oversee all functions of the business operations including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Risk Management. The CFO will act as both a manager and as an individual contributor. This key role will lead and facilitate the company’s budget process, and drive accountability to financial goals, encouraging other directors to assume ownership of their respective aspects. This will help improve processes, control costs, ensure revenue and improve profitability. This in-office role will define and report monthly key performance indicators/metrics and facilitate the process for the company. Works closely with the CEO and senior management team. Accountability for the company’s overall business operations, both strategic and tactical.

Qualifications

· Ability to analyze information quickly, and come to conclusions which lead to action and recommendations. Keen analytical skills, with proven ability to lead others in change for improvement.

· Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

· Able to prioritize focus and tasks to be completed, and direct team members to focus in alignment with those priorities.

· Detail-oriented and accurate with data, metrics and financials.

· Active CPA, CMA (or similar) designation desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
