Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Position Type: PartTime - Temporary
Position Summary:
Easterseals Camp Colonie is accepting resumes for a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Camp Colonie is a unique outdoor summer school and recreational program for children with disabilities.
Applicants must be available June 26th - August 11th
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services for children as needed.
- Make classroom consultations and screening recommendations for children as needed.
- Write progress notes and annual reports on time schedule addressing the child's strengths, needs and progress.
- Complete record keeping as required by licensing/certifying agency including Frontline and Kinney system.
- Complete evaluations from referrals.
- COTA supervision.
- Maintain professional standards and current skills in therapy techniques.
- Attend staff/team meetings and other CPSE/CSE meetings as assigned.
- Assist in staff development and training.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in the field of Occupational Therapy from a recognized college or university
- Current license by the State Board of Registration in Medicine
- Three years experience working with children as a therapist is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
