Part-Time NOC Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) – Lodi, WI

Up to $25.00 an hour & Up to a $2,500.00 Sign On Bonus

Divine Rehabilitation & Nursing at Lodi has earned a reputation as a leader in the rehabilitation industry, and for good reason! We are a small 50-bed skilled nursing home with 17 of those beds being dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. Our community is conveniently located near the interstate, Hwy 113, and the heart of downtown Lodi.

Part-Time / On Site

Shift & Schedule

NOC Shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM – Every other weekend and every other holiday

· Assist with daily living activities to make sure the patient is taken care of. This includes turning and ambulating patients and delivering food and beverages to patients throughout the day

· Help patients with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe

· Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed

· Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort

· Exercising patients by helping them walk

· Provide adjunct patient care as needed. This can include delivering ice packs and dressings to help relieve pain while in therapy or baths for soothing purposes after their session has ended

· Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, making beds, soiled linen and refuse removal, medical equipment and bathroom needs

· Making sure they have regular meals and assist with feeding

· Monitoring vitals, behavior, incidents, accidents, change in condition and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff

· Process a wide range of information from other professionals and work with physicians, caregivers, and nurses

· Closely monitor and record food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, entered into electronical medical records system

· Reports to the nurse on day

Qualifications

· Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
