Caring Staff Nursing Agency is looking for CNAs to join our growing family of caring staff. We are a Nurse Staffing Agency that takes great care of our Caring Staff employees because caring makes the difference.

We are working with a skilled nursing facility near Boston, MA to provide the best care possible! Immediate hire and guaranteed CNA shifts! Up to $30/hr DOE!

CNA responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
• Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom needs
• Helping patients eat and take medications
• Making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
• Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
• Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort
• Exercising patients by helping them walk

CNA Physical Requirements:

• Required to bend, kneel, or crouch throughout shift.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to lift and/or move upwards of 100 pounds, especially for two-person Hoyer lift assists.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

CNA Requirements:

• Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 w/ booster (if eligible)
• Ability to pass a background check (no charge)
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Personal & professional references
