Responsibilities:As a CNA on the team, you’ll be tasked with:

• Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan
• Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
• Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met
• Answering residents’ Call Lights promptly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
