Republic Services, an industry leader in U.S. recycling and non-hazardous solid waste, is now hiring a full-time CDL A or B Local Residential & Commercial Drivers to join the team in their Wilsonville, OR. The driver will collect waste within the surrounding area of Wilsonville, OR. Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wages between $23/hour - $28/hour (based on experience). 50 average hours per week
• Overtime pay after 40 hours worked

Home Time, Routes, & Schedule:

• Home Time: Daily
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (weekend work may be required as needed)
• Shift: 4:30am start
• Route: Around the greater Wilsonville, OR area
• Level of touch: Loading and Unloading Waste. Front load trucks which requires getting in and out of truck to move containers or use chains. Rear load trucks require constant lifting as well as stepping on and off the truck at each stop.

Equipment:

• Waste/dump trucks - residential Curratto-style or rear load truck
• Automatic Transmission

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have CDL A License
• 1 year minimum driving experience required
• All accidents and moving violations will be reviewed.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen.
• Must be able to manually pick up refuse bins weighing up to sixty (60) pounds.
• Must be able to operate automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
• Driver should live within 25 miles of Wilsonville, OR
