Job Duties
- Functions as a window cashier or specialty banker (Main, Check or Chip bank, Master Coin Bank) based on business need.
- Maintains the accountability of the casino cage inventory in accordance with company internal controls and the requirements of NJAC 19:45 on accounting and internal controls.
- Responsible for accurately handling cash, cash equivalents, personal checks for non-gaming purposes, gaming chips, gaming voucher redemption, manual jackpots and counter checks.
- Prepares forms for countdown of coin and reconciles accountability in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required; business or accounting courses preferred.
- One year cash handling or cashier experience preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills required.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
