Receives and processes over-the-counter and other types of bill payments; tallies cash and prepares daily cash receipts and reports; and performs other related duties as required.

Current Vacancy:
There is one (1) vacancy with the Department of Enterprise Services, Customer Services Division, located in Honolulu. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Work schedule subject to change based on operational requirements. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

At time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or a non-citizen eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience which demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Three (3) years of clerical work experience, one (1) of which shall have involved the reviewing, checking, tabulating and recording of numerical information and data onto fiscal records, forms, reports, or similar materials.

Substitution:
Business school or college will substitute for experience on a month-for-month basis for up to two years of the required three years of clerical experience. There is NO substitution for the one year of specialized experience involving the reviewing, checking, tabulating and recording of numerical information and data onto records, forms, reports or similar materials.


Verification Requirement: You must submit evidence of your education in order to be given credit. Please attach an electronic copy of your official transcript which shows the embossed seal or diploma which displays your major course of study to your application . LICENSE REQUIREMENT :
