We are seeking candidates to work Full Time schedules who can demonstrate a desire and willingness to learn, possess a great work ethic, commitment and enjoy working in a team environment. Associates degree or 1 year of College a plus.

Agent Requirements

1. Professional English language skills

2. Must have excellent written and verbal skills

3. Ability to write and speak without slang and have proper use of grammar.

4. Must be able to write succinctly and accurately capture notes

5. Must be able to maintain call control and show empathy as clients may have been injured.

• 40 words per minute typing skills, data input and data accuracy skills.

• Written and verbal communication skills consistent with business communication

• High school graduate

• Well-spoken and able to correctly pronounce and comprehend complex medical and legal terms

• Preferred minimum of three months outbound legal intake experience

• Basic understanding of call control practices

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

C. Technical aptitude

1. Must show Excellent ability to handle technical issues

Remote Work Environment Criteria

• Existing High Speed Internet access at home.
• Quiet, noise-free home office space that is free of distraction
• Ensure that the equipment provided to perform the work is in the designated area
• Adhere to assigned work schedule (inclusive of lunches & breaks)
• Make advance arrangements for dependent care to ensure a productive work environment.
• Keep personal disruptions such as non-business telephone calls and visitors to a minimum.
• Ensure that the home office is a safe place to work.
• Proactively report any power outages, system or hardware issues to management team..
