Job Description:
- Oversee and coach team members
- Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed
- Organize work flow by assigning responsibilities and other methods
- Identify issues of efficiency and suggest improvements
- Provide hands-on support and training
- Clearly communicate job expectations to team members
- Enforce policies and procedures through the use of coaching and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure that finished products are completed to product quality standards
- Ensure the availability of raw materials to the production processes
- Ensure adherence to all company rules and policies
- Provide motivation and leadership to team personnel
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on how to perform safely and how to properly perform job duties.
- REQUIRED
- Comprehend Technical Drawings and Other Visual Instructions
- Give Visual, Written, and Oral Instructions
- Management
- Safety Regulations and Procedures
- High School diploma; Advanced training preferred
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Written and oral communication skills
- Must be self-motivated with a strong background in problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time for long shifts, and be able to work 6 days a week during peak periods.
