Responsibilities of Home Health _ Caregiver:_

  • Provide client with personal care as directed
  • Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, shopping, etc.
  • Ensure client’s rights are adhered to

Requirements for Home Health Caregiver:

  • Registered as Home Care Aide through the state of CA
  • U.S documentation can work legally
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required.
  • Licensed driver (with an insured and reliable automobile is a PLUS)
  • Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
