Moravian Manor Communities is a premier not-for-profit life plan community that has been serving older adults for over 45 years. We are looking for caring, dedicated, and experienced LPNs to join our team!
We currently have part-time 1st and 2nd shift LPN positions available as well as full-time 2nd shift.
LPN - Personal Care/Assisted Living Responsibilities include:
Monitoring care delivery- Coordinating care
- Documenting progress
- Assessing residents
- Communicating and implementing changes as need to provided the highest level of resident care
Education/Knowledge
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Must be certified in CPR
This position requires proof of a COVID 19 vaccination and Influenza vaccination, unless approved for a religious or medical exemption.
