In partnership with Washtenaw Community College – Foundation of C.A.R.E Bootcamp: Long-Term Health Care Training, Brio Living Services offers a program designed for individuals interested in exploring the healthcare field, a second career, or those looking for a new, rewarding experience.

Participants of the Care 2 Career program with receive education completely paid for up front.

Upon successful completion of the Care 2 Career program, candidates will obtain hands-on care experience as a Resident Care Assistant working in an Assisted Living community with a commitment to work a minimum of at least one (1) year at full or part-time employment status.

  • Please note that eligible candidates will undergo a career-focused assessment. Support services and tutoring will be available throughout the program.

  • No experience required
  • Highschool/GED preferred


All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, TB screen at time of hire and verification of professional licensure, if applicable. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or agreement to participate in weekly Covid testing and/or approved exemption is required.
