Remote Cannabis Sales Representative

Do you want to sell weed legally? Rolling Releaf is a fast-growing cannabis delivery company based in Newton, MA serving the Greater Boston Area. We are seeking a motivated and driven sales representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, a strong network in the Boston area, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by reaching out to potential customers in the Boston area
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business
• Represent Rolling Releaf in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Stay up to date on industry trends
• Actively network and prospect new customers

Requirements:

• Strong network in the Boston area is preferred
• Must live in Massachusetts
• Passion for cannabis and knowledge of different strains, products, and consumption methods
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated to generate new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Familiarity with cannabis laws and regulations in Massachusetts is preferred but we will provide guidance

Compensation:

• 10% profit sharing on sales generated
• There is no limit to how much you can earn, as your potential income is based on your sales performance
• Flexible schedule, allowing you to work around your existing commitments and earn passive income by utilizing your network
• Bonus potential for exceeding sales goals

Pay: $35,211.47 - $71,383.67 per year
