Narrative (www.narrativeads.com) is a fast-growing digital video advertising agency with a wide range of e-commerce clients. We work closely with many well-known e-commerce companies and have been growing significantly over the past 3 years. As we grow rapidly, we are looking for more talented people to join our team.

This is a full-time position in our Pasadena office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist campaign managers with Facebook/TikTok/YouTube campaign set up, optimizations & reporting
• Researching clients, competitor brands and relevant industries to help inform creative strategy and drive performance
• Sharing data & learnings from campaigns with the rest of our team in ways that are pertinent to their jobs (creative, client communications, scripting, etc.)
• Coming up with new ideas and constantly seeking to improve both client account performance & scaling
• Manage and constantly optimize client Facebook Ad campaigns. We want thinkers who can think of TONS of different angles to market each client's product. You should believe that there are endless possibilities when it comes to marketing and there's always room to optimize for better results.
• Work closely with our amazing production team to produce content that converts
• Generate weekly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind each marketing decision and campaign results

This position will report to the Director of Performance Marketing.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about Facebook Advertising & its ever-evolving landscape
• Has at least 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Has a clear understanding of best practices of Facebook advertising and is up to speed with latest functionalities
• Has experience in managing campaigns, developing strategies, optimizing performance and analyzing data to extract actionable insights
• Has an understanding of pivot tables (nice to have)
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate direction to cross functional teams
• Proven skills in organization
• Is eager to learn and grow with the company
