Compensation: $23/hour (+ monthly bonus)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development of the team and quality control resulting in conversion success.
  • Reviewing emails, chats, and texts to ensure world class customer service
  • Being available and open for questions and coach-able moments for the Call Center staff
  • Attending daily and weekly team meetings
  • Working 20 hours (avg) per week taking new leads when not the Supervisor On Duty or performing other misc Shift Supervisor tasks
  • Maintaining an above average individual conversion percent
  • Promptly responding to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat inquiries from current and prospective clients
  • Answering basic questions from prospective clients with the ultimate goal of scheduling an in-clinic consultation
  • Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients
  • Building relationships with both current and prospective clients by providing excellent customer service
  • Efficiently maintain contact and follow up with potential clients
  • Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client scheduling
  • Additional project based opportunities

  • Display a history of reliable and predictable attendance
  • Display superior customer service skills
  • Superior knowledge of the Client Coordinator role
  • Comfortable with coaching, mentoring and training
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Display excellent computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Display the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Display the ability to take initiative & work independently
  • Have a highly polished demeanor and strong team mentality
  • Display ability to effectively coach & develop other team members
  • Display leadership qualities amongst team members
  • Be able to work the schedule posted

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to maintain a stationary position throughout the day
  • Consistently operates a computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
