Fury Water Adventures, known for creating lifetime memories for guests who experience our unique Key West watersports trips is looking for new team members! Fury’s Call Center is looking for a full-time reservationist (approx. 40 hours per week, weekends required).

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service experience or a willingness to work with Fury guests to answer questions and book reservation.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Patient and helpful person with a can-do attitude.
• Reservationists are typically the first point of contact for our guests and therefore have the opportunity to make a lasting impression.
• Basic computer skills are required.
