Call Center Representative
Job description
Do you like to be busy? Is customer service a strength of yours? Then Clarkston Medical Group is looking for you to join our TEAM as a call center representative!! Prior medical office experience required!
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provides assistance to patient and others contacting the office by telephone; may provide direct assistance, or take a message and/or direct calls to the appropriate party
- Complete initial registration information for new patients
- Update any changes of the patient's information in computer database and scan updated paperwork into EHR under correct tabs
- Schedule appointments, general office visits, office procedures and diagnostic testing appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and view computer screen
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Prior medical office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
