Call Center Representative
Job description
A shipping company is looking for a call agent to join our dispatch department. Our company specializes in nationwide car shipping.
Responsibilities
· Provide requested information to existing customers about the shipping process and explaining details.
· Help potential customers to understand the business process
· Verify and update information to customers as needed
· Monitor customers’ experience of service and collect customer rating of provided service
· Support high level of company customer service
· Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the freight industry
· Follow up with customer request via phone in a timely manner
· Recommend additional service that may be necessary or available to the customer
· Input data into software system
· Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
