Position Title: Call Center Customer Service – Supervisor - Remote

Hours: 9am -6:30pm M-F PST

Pay Rate: $26 /hr

Location: Remote – Must reside in PST or MST time zones

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years management/industry experience
  • 2+ years Call Center Experience
  • 1+ years Customer Service background in managed care environment
  • 1+ years’ Experience in project management methods
  • 1+ years’ experience in navigating Behavioral Health benefits and policies
  • Bilingual in Spanish a Plus

Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Supervisor leads a professional team of Customer Service agents responsible for servicing Member and Provider telephone, chat and email inquiries for various lines of business.

· Proven leadership skills and ability with high volume processing in Operations with use of contemporary electronic processing systems.

· Superior knowledge of Health Plan operations, project management, and the Facets system are preferred.

· Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· Ability to manage a multi-disciplined, dynamic area.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent team building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks while under pressure.

· Demonstrated skills in motivating and leading staff and team members.

· Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and reach consensus with others.

· Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage events/projects effectively.

· Strong problem solving skills.

· Ability to make sound decisions with future business practice considerations.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Excellent process improvement skills.

· Ability to represent PHP professionally to external customers including group administrators, agents, and vendors.
