Job Description:

The Luxury Café Supervisor at Yann Couvreur Pastry is responsible for store operations & the successful representation of our brand to guests. This hands-on leadership role ensures that staff is properly trained, scheduled, guided, & supported. The Luxury Café Supervisor accurately keeps records of inventory & sales in order to ensure production & deliveries are precise. This role reports & controls labor and food costs to the Executive Team and uses this information to make informed decisions for the store. The Luxury Café Supervisor uses operational information, product knowledge, and employee engagement to drive sales at the store and guarantee guest satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of labor & food costs
• Ability to manage profit & loss statements
• Hands-on trainer approach
• Motivated and self-directed
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to adapt & anticipate situations
• Innate awareness of guests’ needs at all times
