Job duties are, but not limited to:

• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
• Tastes all prepared food items
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service, responsible for records from are worked during service periods
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and tidy
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and tidy

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of food safety and sanitization practices
• Must be 16 or older, high school students must have a work permit
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
• Must be able to work alone in a café setting doing prep and preparing/selling food items

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kitchen Experience
• POS System Knowledge
• Front of the house hospitality desired
• Customer services experience preferred
• Cheerful and positive attitude
