POSITION SUMMARY The position is responsible for assisting Caesars Rewards management with creating and updating players accounts, assisting the marketing personnel with promotions, greeting and processing buses and assuring the guest has a favorable gaming experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures. c. Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to provide superior guest service and increase Net Promoter Score. d. Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards. 2. Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and team members. Demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. 3. Create and update player accounts for new and existing account holders. 4. Work with guests on what is available to them for points and / or comps earned. Check for offers and events that are available on their account through CMS. Confer with guests in person or on the telephone to provide information about services and promotions, or obtain details of complaints. 5. Work on the casino floor performing ambassador duties by creating new accounts and printing cards for existing patrons and collecting email addresses and phone numbers for all accounts. 6. Greet and process all scheduled buses. 7. Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and assist in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees. 8. Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest. 9. Other duties as assigned.
MARGINAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist marketing personnel with promotions on the casino floor or promotional areas.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS The position is responsible to the Caesars Rewards Supervisor for successful performance of assigned duties.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT The following list of physical attributes is intended to be an approximation of the demands expected to be placed on an employee filling this role. Physical demands include, but are not limited to, the following: Standing – 80% Walking – 20% Frequent pulling, carrying, and lifting (up to 35lbs. without assistance) Frequent stooping, reaching, and grasping Repetitive keyboarding Casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights, and excessive noise levels. ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES 1. Ability to be proficient in the operations of CMS. 2. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. 3. Oral and written communication skills. 4. Active listening skills – giving full attention to what others are saying and taking time to understand points being made 5. Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel. 6. Timeliness and accuracy in performing assigned duties and responsibilities. 7. Ability to manage and resolve complex issues. Can be a high stress environment. 8. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. 9. Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule in an interruptive environment. 10.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, promotions, and customer data. 11.Knowledge of MS Office.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING One to two years’ experience in customer service related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Complete all company-required training within designated time frames. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS Ability to obtain and hold a Louisiana Responsible Vendor's card and Calcasieu Parish bar card. Must be able to obtain and hold a valid gaming license. Ability to obtain and hold any and all licenses, certifications, insurance coverage or any other indemnifications which may be required by the company for the successful completion of the duties associated with this position.

Pay: $10.50 - $19.50 per hour
