Title: CAD Manager
Location: Naples, FL
Duration: Full-Time

Production Skills Required

• Adhere to Office Standards while producing project permit drawings, illustrative graphics, and related documents.
• Drafting in AutoCAD, LandFX
• Rendering in Photoshop
• Creating presentations in InDesign
• Additional desired qualifications: 3-D modeling

Design Skills Required

• Understand and Comply with Codes and Jurisdictional Requirements
• Familiarity with Local (Florida) Vendors and Materials
• Additional desired qualifications: Experience in Planting Plans, Irrigation Plans, Master Planning, Site Planning, Amenity Design, Project Signage

Technical Skills Required

• Experience with Code-Minimum landscape plans for various municipalities in SWFL
• Extensive Hardscape Design experience, including material selection, design and details for pools, paving, walls, water features, fire features, and other custom landscape features
• Landscape Lighting
• Grading and Drainage
• Opinion of Probable construction cost
• Additional desired qualifications: Irrigation design

Project Management Skills Required

• Excellent Delegation, Time Management, and Project Budget Management skills
• Knowledge of Submittal processes for various Municipalities in SWFL
• Maintain positive client feedback and satisfaction
• Maintain positive relationships with consultants, contractors, and municipal staff
• Additional desired qualifications: Familiarity with Procore software, and experience with Site Certification for various municipalities

Other Requirements

• Formal Training in AutoCAD
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design firm
• Proven AutoCad Skills required
• Strong PC/IT skills ( i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Good work ethic
• Excellent team-player and collaborator
• Participate in firm-wide Quality Control efforts
• As needed, assist in the day-to-day operation of the firm. This may include errands (as deemed necessary) and overall organization of computer files, drawings files, notes, etc.
• Work with team to improve OPi as a company by researching and recommending potential new opportunities, service improvements, and quality enhancements.
