The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for field operations in our long-term projects with large builders, new construction/remodel in single family and multifamily projects. Field position requires communication with the builder's superintendent and field operations ensuring the job site is running appropriately. They will take ownership of a job and corresponding community once the contract is issued and will be responsible from that point until 100% completion. They will have oversight on cabinets and parts ordered, along with coordinating installation and handling any necessary punch work. Responsibilities:

  • In field position requiring on site supervision.

  • Lead cabinetry installation projects and provide field operation oversight, leadership and expertise to customers, contractors, vendors, and internal partners.

  • Partner with design team on custom drawings and provide feedback on engineering.

  • Approve cabinet, hardware and parts orders based on field dimensions.

  • Coordinate and supervise installations and delivery with office and field staff.

  • Oversee installers and provide directions where necessary.

  • Perform field dimensions and post installation quality assurance walks.

  • Compile and if needed, perform punch list items for newly installed cabinets in homes and multifamily projects.

  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Multiple years of Cabinetry or Carpentry hands on experience, and Construction project management or project coordination experience required.

  • Prior experience reading blueprints, building plans and drawings required.

  • Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.

  • Ability to travel within assigned territory, some overnight travel may be required.
