Job description
The Pub busser/barback position is responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables. They also ensure the pub is well stocked in terms of glassware, condiments, and ingredients for drinks. May-September
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables
- Wiping up drink spills, food stains, and dirt from the tables
- Replacing glassware and cutlery for the next diners
- Restocking condiments
- Running stock for the bar
- Running ice
- Running glassware
- Trash removal
- Restocking general supplies within the Pub
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday (possibility of additional days)
- 18+ years or older
- At least one year of restaurant experience
