We are looking for TWO remote Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Analysts to support our Multifunctional Capabilities Team (MFCT).

The BRP Analysts will be responsible for ensuring alignment to best practices identified by the US Army Business Process Reengineering Center of Excellence (BPR CoE) in order to deliver 'sufficient' BPR outputs to support realization of converged solution sought by EBS-C.

Duties include:

  • Validation of current business processes used to deliver capabilities
  • Assessment of ability to adopt standard SAP S4/HANA process to meet capabilities
  • Analysis of associated Big Boulder and pain points (from multiple sources) and demonstrate plan for mitigation via adopted process or associated DOTMLPF-P action
  • Prepare listing of DOTMLPF-P actions to enable implementation of 'to-be' state


Successful candidates will have

  • Demonstrated knowledge of BPR methodology (preferably within DoD)
  • Firm understanding of components of DOTMLPF-P and their impact on process execution
  • Understanding of the US Army operating environment, AR 5-1, and DoDI 5000.75
  • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and the role it plays in process design and implementation
