Business Office Manager
Job description
- Coordinating transportation for residents
- Filing and handling of resident medical records
- Collecting & reviewing financial documents for Medicaid applications
- Meeting with residents and/or families to discuss financial obligations
- Inputting of census information
- Sending out private invoices; collecting on outstanding private balances owed to facility
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
Business Office Manager Requirements:
- Must have solid computer skills
- Must be organized & detail oriented
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience processing Medicaid applications and/or in skilled nursing facilities preferred not required
